How long does it take to deliver the creatives? +
Most one-off packages are delivered within 48–72 hours from the time we receive your brief and payment. The Premium package has a 24-hour priority turnaround. Retainer clients get rolling delivery throughout the month based on an agreed schedule. Rush delivery (under 24 hours) can be arranged — contact us to check availability.
Do I need to have branding ready before we start? +
No — you don't need a fully built brand to get started. We can work with whatever you have: a logo, a color palette, or even just a business name and a description of what you do. If you're starting from scratch, we can develop a basic brand direction as part of the process. We'll ask the right questions in the brief to understand your vision.
How does M-Pesa payment work? +
Send the amount directly to our M-Pesa Till Number: 8660256. Once sent, forward the M-Pesa confirmation SMS via WhatsApp to +254757905681 or email it to lensoftstudio@gmail.com. We confirm receipt within 1–2 hours during business hours, then your project is kicked off immediately. KES pricing is clearly shown on all packages.
Can I pay in installments? +
Yes. For the Growth and Premium packages, we accept partial payment. A minimum of 50% upfront is required to begin work, with the balance due on delivery before final files are released. For retainer packages, payment is due at the start of each monthly cycle. Contact us on WhatsApp to arrange a payment plan.
What platforms do you create ads for? +
We cover all major ad platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Display Network, Snapchat, and X (Twitter). We also produce print-ready materials for outdoor advertising, billboards, and branded print collateral. Each platform gets properly sized, format-optimized creatives — not just resized versions of the same file.
Do you manage campaigns or just design the creatives? +
Both. The base packages are creative production only — you receive production-ready files and can run the ads yourself or with your media buyer. If you want us to handle the full campaign, add our Campaign Management service (from $100/month). That covers audience setup, targeting, A/B testing, budget optimization, and weekly performance reporting.
Do you work with clients outside Kenya? +
Absolutely. We actively work with businesses in the UAE, UK, USA, and beyond. Everything is handled remotely via WhatsApp, email, and video call. International clients pay via card or bank transfer through Paystack — fast, secure, and available globally. Pricing can be displayed in USD or KES using the toggle at the top of the page.
